Jonathan Herron believes that all legal cases are equally important, especially to the individual client. He knows that clients need lawyers in both good and bad situations in life, and he does whatever he can to make all cases a good experience no matter the subject. Jon looks at his clients as people with genuine problems and does not measure their wallet before he looks at their case. He believes that choosing to represent a client in a legal matter means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will work on it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets him apart.
Herron Law Firm opened its doors in 2017. Since then, they've helped clients with estate planning, realize their dreams of home ownership, start businesses, become real estate investors, and not let one mistake ruin their lives. Jonathan Herron has also given back to the community by offering pro bono assistance in bankruptcy, through the Honorable Judith Wizmur Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project, and assisting our nation's veterans at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
The Herron Law Firm seeks to be a trusted resource to our clients. We proudly represent individuals, families, and small businesses to help prevent problems in the future. We are always happy to discuss any needs you might have and invite you to schedule a consultation today!

Jonathan C. Herron
As an attorney Jonathan sees himself as a problem solver, and ideally a source to prevent problems, for his clients. Starting from his first experiences working in law firms as a law student he found that to often people wait to hire a lawyer until they already have a problem. Most people say they have made this decision because of the cost of a lawyer.
As an attorney Jonathan seeks to prevent this. A lifelong South Jersey resident (and proud graduate of Cherry Hill public schools) he is aware of the needs people have within the community. His goal is to provide affordable legal services to families, individuals, and local small business owners so that they have an advocate on their side helping to solve current problems and prevent future ones. His goal is to create long term relationships with clients for years to come!
In addition to the services he provides paying clients Jonathan gives back to the community as a member of the Veterans Consortium Pro Bono attorney network and the Honorable Judith Wizmur Pro Bono Bankruptcy Project. In this way he provides free legal services to disabled veterans and helps get fresh starts to people throughout South Jersey in financial distress.
